- Self-pay: $85 per visit
We only accept Medicaid when the patient is under the age of 22. We do not accept Medicaid for adults over the age of 21, and we do not accept United Healthcare or UMR.
Before your first visit
As a courtesy, we verify your health benefits before you arrive to find out whether there will be a copay, deductible or coinsurance for therapy.
Health plans change regularly without notice, so we also recommend that you check with your plan about the physical therapy benefits you have.
If you have no health insurance, or you have used up your benefits, we offer a self-pay fee of $85 per visit.
